She looks at how fatigue and shortness of breath are signs of low B12. She explains how numbness and tingling in the hands and feet are symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency. She talks about how burning feet, especially at night, is a sign of low B12. Lastly, Dr. Janine explains how difficulty concentrating can also be a symptom of a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are going to take a vitamin B12 supplement Dr. Janine advises avoiding cyanocobalamin. Look for adenosylcobalamin and make sure you are including probiotics in your diet.
